Building Description: This facility is a pre-engineered structure with a metal standing seam roof and concrete tilt up walls. It houses four individual tenants with demising walls separating each space. Fox was retained to build out the tenant spaces after the initial building construction was completed.

Location: Suwanee, Georgia
Size: 40,000 square feet

Building Description: This facility was a pre-engineered structure with a metal standing seam roof and concrete tilt up walls. A finished office and showroom area is approximately 8,000 square feet. The remainder of the building is a cabinet fabricating area and warehouse. The exterior includes employee and customer parking and a 120' truck court.

Clayton Aquatic Center

Contract Method: Sub Contract with Turner Construction Company
Location: Jonesboro, Georgia
Size: 44,000 square feet

Building Description: This building was a pre-engineered structure with a composite roof consisting of a 22 gauge metal deck, 3" thick rigid insulation and a metal standing seam roof. The walls are synthetic stucco. The buildings house two swimming pools, dressing areas, offices, pool equipment and a 6,000 square foot gymnasium.

Size: 38,000 square feet

Building Description: This facility was a pre-engineered structure with a metal standing seam roof, metal wall panels on three sides and brick front elevation. There is approximately 7,500 square feet of office area. The shop has two three-ton bridge cranes and approximately ten acres of paving for parking, driveways and outside storage.

High Intensity Training Center

Size: 13,125 square feet

Building Description: This was a pre-engineered structure with a metal standing seam roof, and masonry and stucco walls. There is approximately 4,400 square feet of office area on two levels.

New Hope Church

Location: Warner Robbins, Georgia
Size: 53,000 square feet

Building Description: This project was a pre-engineered structure with a metal standing seam roof, and masonry and stucco walls. The building houses a 24,000 square foot sanctuary, church offices and a youth activities facility. A second floor of approximately 9,300 square feet was also included.
