Initial Meeting

The process begins with an Initial Meeting to discuss the vision for your Design-Build project and our full-service capabilities. We frequently leverage our extensive design and construction experience in this meeting, helping you consider directions for your project that may have not previously been considered.

Feasibility Development

In the Feasibility phase, we will examine your potential building site to determine if is suitable and functional for your facility. Together we will walk through preliminary considerations concerning the architectural, physical, legal and economic requirements of your construction project.

Design Development

Experienced design professionals employed by Fox Building Company will develop the preliminary architectural drawings, engineering drawings and specifications for your building. You will review visual depictions, construction cost estimates and detailed written descriptions of your project.

Contract Documents

Final architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil designs will be prepared to establish final construction costs and schedules and to obtain permits. Our team of experts will navigate the permitting process on your behalf.

Construction

To assure timely and cost effective results, the Construction phase is managed by an experienced onsite superintendent and an office-based project manager dedicated to the success of your project. We use professional subcontractors and suppliers that understand the Fox commitment to unparalleled quality and service.

Project Completion

With the Construction phase complete, Fox Building Company will play a strong role in reviewing all systems and scheduling all necessary building inspections. We will perform an owner review and walk-through to ensure your overall satisfaction with the project.
